Element Commodities Group invests in natural resources assets with particular interest in near-production mining projects as well as processing facilities worldwide. We utilize our product marketing expertise and financial capacity to secure product off-takes, creating value in the Company. 

We invest up to USD 10 million in equity over the life of an investment and partner with businesses that have the potential to be market leaders and demonstrate the following characteristics:

• Strong Management: The quality of a company’s management team is a critical factor in determining the overall success of the business. Management must demonstrate proven track record of success in the industry.

• Co-Investment: We like to work with co-investors to mitigate risk and create a greater access to capital. We also view the management team as co-investors and believe that management should have a financial interest in the Company.

• Liquidity: We enter into these partnerships with a strategy to take the project to production within 1-2 years and recapitalize the Company through private placements or initial public offering.

• Asset Quality: We seek early-stage as well as developed projects that demonstrate high-quality asset potential with regard to resource definition, low cost of production and ease of access to logistics networks.
